Editable Word files, professionally written to UK standards. Brand them once, issue them forever.
You are losing money on the admin, not the work.
You turned up, did the job right, and then spent Sunday night writing a quote in Word that looks like it came from a bloke in a van. Or you got asked for a RAMS on Friday for a Monday start and had nothing to send. Or you are still chasing an invoice from March.
None of that is a skill problem. It is a paperwork problem. Paperwork is a solved problem. You just need someone to hand you the files.
Lost the job
They asked for a method statement. You did not have one.
Paid late
Your invoice had no payment terms on it, so there was nothing to enforce.
Sunday night
Four hours writing documents you should have bought once and reused forever.
SFZ // White label
Every document is white label
Type your company name in and watch. That is all it takes. The yellow fields are the only thing you fill in, and then they are your documents.

RAMS-RA-001RAMS-RA-001Risk Assessment & Method Statement
- Activity
- Fencing installation and site clearance
- Location
- Plot 4, access via compound gate B
- Prepared by
- Site supervisor
- Review date
- Before each new phase of works
Before work starts the supervisor walks the area with the operatives and confirms the exclusion zone, the position of buried services and the access route for deliveries.
Operatives wear hard hat, hi vis, gloves, safety boots and eye protection. Cutting is carried out with the guard fitted and a dust suppression system running.
If ground conditions change, work stops and the assessment is reviewed before anyone continues.

03
Use it
Send it, print it, upload it to the client portal. It is your document now.
Real documents. Not a PDF of advice.
Every pack is editable Microsoft Word files. Not PDFs you cannot change. Not a video course telling you how to write your own. The actual documents, finished, ready to put your name on.
